ABOUT US
Restorative Partners
Restorative Partners is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit located in and serving San Luis Obispo County. We envision a safer community where everyone belongs and strive to accomplish this through transforming lives impacted by crime through healing services and relationships.
We operate five sober living homes throughout San Luis Obispo County, including Anna's Home for women and children. In addition to providing sober living for up to 50 individuals per night, we offer a plethora of in-custody, reentry, and recovery services. From juvenile hall and jail programs, counseling and treatment, restorative justice conferencing, court advocacy, and more.

Anna's Home
Named for Restorative Partners' Founder and Executive Director, Sister Theresa Harpin's mother, Anna M.L. Tabler, Anna's Home is a supportive housing program in Paso Robles, started in May of 2017.
We provide five women and their children at a time a safe and sober living environment, assist residents with the challenges of securing employment, managing a job and parenting, developing financial literacy and life skills, and acquiring permanent housing so the families may become self-sufficient.
Families typically stay for 6-9 months before they are equipped to take the next step in their journey of independence. Since the beginning of the COVID pandemic, many stays have been extended beyond the typical stay period due to lack of available work and/or the delay of available permanent housing.
